Towie\u2019s Cara Kilbey explains her smartlipo surgery and why she chose Dr Ayham Al-Ayoubi<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe used the same plastic surgeon\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI can\u2019t pull that face\u201d\u2019, shouts TOWIE\u2019s Billi Mucklow to the Heat photographer as he tries to direct them. \u201cI\u2019ve had too much Botox\u201d!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She and best mate mate\/co-star Cara Kilbey fall about laughing, in fact they spend the whole day falling about laughing whether it\u2019s about spraying cold water on each other, the fact that Cara looks like she has poo on her face, or a story about Billi avoiding the pap\u2019s while on holiday in Marbella, Everything makes them laugh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not nearly as daft as they seem in Towie, Billi and Cara- both 24 have the longest ad strongest relationship in the show. They\u2019re like a double act and they have each other\u2019s back- everyone knows that if they take on one of them, they\u2019ll have to contend with both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the girls settle down for their grilling-all streaky fake tans and sparkly toenails- they can\u2019t contain their excitement about being interviewed for heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIf you told me a year ago I\u2019d be sitting here answering stuff for heat starts Billi. This is followed by a little fake excited scream. Weird thing is, her face doesn\u2019t move much when she does it\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So how do you two know each other?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Billi: Me and Cara have known each other since school. I was the loudest out of all my friends, and Cara was the loudest out of hers. When we met, it was either clash or click, we clicked straight away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you have rows?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: You know what. Wed don\u2019t even argue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cara: We can go on holiday and spend every single minute of every day together and never argue<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: there might be a tussie over lip-gloss, but we have never fallen out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cara, Billi went out with your brother Tom- that must have been weird for you…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C: It was a little bit weird, but in my head I knew it was never going to be anything serious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: When me and Tom were seeing each other. He\u2019d be like, \u201coh, I can\u2019t, me and Cara have got plans tonight2. It wasn\u2019t going anywhere and just fizzled out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019re a yoga teacher, aren\u2019t you Billi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yeah, I teach Bikram. I went to LA for three months to do my training and graduated a year ago and I am now opening up a studio in Essex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do you perform the upward facing dog pose with such big boobs?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: They just squash<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They\u2019re not all your own work though, are they?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: No I just bought them from a shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C: And me!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: I was 19. We went to the same surgeon. I went first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C: I\u2019d broken up with my boyfriend. I\u2019d always had small boobs and I thought, \u201cI\u2019m just going to do it\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So the next week, to piss him off, I just went and got new boobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What else have you had done?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: We\u2019ve both had Botox. I\u2019ve had it since I was 22.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C: I\u2019m doing it tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: They say the younger you are when you have Botox, the better it takes. My mum and dad are not against it at all. When I was 19 and had my boobs done, I took my dad. I was like \u201clook! I need some!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C: My dad has never spoken about it<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: I needed my dad to pay so I had to get him on side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is that hair all yours?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: No!! I don\u2019t know whose it is, but it\u2019s mine now. I\u2019ve got extensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C: So have I.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, extensions, boobs, Botox\u2026.Lips?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: I had filler in my lips, but not a lot, it wears off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C: I\u2019ve recently had Smartlipo MPX on my inner thighs and stomach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: She went out the next night<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C: I\u2019m not very good at sticking to rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B; They made her wear these surgical knickers; you\u2019ve never seen anything like it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C: They go right down to your knees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: And they was crotch less!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C: That was the best bit, having crotch less knickers on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: But that\u2019s all. What else is there? I love new treatments though. I\u2019m going for a consultation for the laser lipo. Cara\u2019s like the guinea pig- I got her to try it out first. But laser lipo isn\u2019t that extreme. When we\u2019re old we\u2019ll have boobs up to here and no wrinkles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
