Ear, nose and throat specialist Surgeon Dr Ayham Al-Ayoubi was featured in Woman magazine this week, answering a reader’s question on flying.
The laser surgeon extraordinaire suggests taking Otravine drops before, during and after you fly to relieve headaches, and to chew gum to ease pressure on the ears, which in turn will avoid that nasty head banging throughout your flight.
