Smartlipo I Generation – laser lipolysis
This advanced revolutionary laser technology was originally developed in Italy in the year 2000 after 12 years of extensive research and clinical studies. Smartlipo – laser lipolysis technique has been used successfully in Italy, Japan and Brazil from the year 2000.
Mr Ayham Al-Ayoubi was the very first surgeon to introduce this revolutionary laser into the UK in 2006.
Suitable for: Small areas of stubborn fat in any part of the body.
Benefits: Gives skin tightening, no scars and performed under local Anesthesia.
Limitations: Patient has to be patient with time as it could take 6-9 months to see the best results.

Laser Lipo
The laser lipo technique was invented and developed by Mr Ayham Al-Ayoubi in 2007, based on lasering the fat tissue using laser energy, followed by skin tightening using the thermal effect of the laser energy, after which the liquefied fat will be sucked out using bodyjet micro-suction technique.
This technique has been adapted by numerous numbers of plastic surgeons and cosmetic doctors from all around the world.
Suitable for: Small and moderate sized areas of stubborn fat in any part of the body, performed under local or light general Anesthesia.

Smartlipo MPX – Laser Liposuction

Freezing Fat
Cryolipolysis or Fat Freezing is a non-invasive, safe fat removal procedure, it is known by many different names including Cryo Lipo, Ice Liposuction, Cryogenic Lipolysis.
Fat-freezing treatment can reduce stubborn fat, which is not responding to diet and exercise alone, using a sophisticated cooling process of cryolipolysis to target and crystallize the fat cells.
With this technique, fat cells are permanently destroyed due to the cooling effect of the subcutaneous fat, which induces lipolysis and breaks down of the fat cells.
