Building on the success of the ground breaking treatments such as SmartLipo and Smartlipo MPX and Triplex, Dr Ayham Al-Ayoubi was the guest honour lecturer Surgeon at the official launch of the Cellulaze, the world’s first aesthetic laser device for long term reduction of cellulite.
The launching of Cellulaze laser took place at the Royal Society of Medicine which is the most prestigious medical society in the heart of London, with a history exceeding two hundred years providing services for the elite, and experts in the medical field.
The attendees mingled at the champagne reception before Dr Ayham Al-Ayoubi and other keynote speakers spoke about their experiences with Cellulaze, the merits of the new machine, and their prospects.
Dr Ayham Al-Ayoubi was the Keynote speaker who lectured about the future of cellulite treatment using the revolutionary Cellulaze where he not only implicated on the treatment itself but on his previous experiences as an expert in his field.
Also Mr Sheehab, Consultant Plastic surgeon from Liverpool also shared his experiences using Cellulaze.
Dr Ayham Al Ayoubi Explaned in his lecture :Cellulite, the ‘bumpy’ fat deposits beneath the skin is an issue nearly 80% of women aging 22 and above face. It usually found on the back of legs, thighs, upper arm, bottom and stomach, and any accumulative fat areas in the body.
Following the speeches there was a work shop held demonstrating the new Cellulaze laser where participants in the conference had the chance to see the performance of the new medical device which was a “revolution in cellulite treatment” as Dr Ayham Al-Ayoubi said.

Dr Ayham Al-Ayoubi has talked further about the Cellulaze Laser as a minimally invasive surgical device designed to reduce cellulite, as it restores the normal structure of the skin and underlying connective tissue. The Cellulaze Laser is the very first and the only medical, minimally invasive surgical treatment that treats cellulite effectively, and permanently.

ThermaGuide is designed to provide the Surgeon with the ability to accurately determine the treatment doses that are likely to provide safer and more effective tissue tightening through tissue coagulation. In addition, the temperature-sensing ThermaGuide technology allows the surgeon to maintain an even, controlled flow of laser energy.

Cellulaze Laser treatment employs the 1440-nm wavelength along with the proprietary Sidelight 3D™ fiber, which directs laser energy precisely where needed to achieve long-lasting, effective results.
With the laser energy directed upward, the skin is slightly heated coagulating the collagen and stimulating a growth of new collagen. Turn the handpiece ninety degrees, and the laser thermally subcises the septal bands that pull down the skin creating the dimpling effect. Rotate the handpiece another ninety degrees and the laser energy disrupts the bulging pockets of fat.
