SmartSense The motion-sensing Cellulaze handpiece is equipped with an advanced microchip, or accelerometer, that is inserted into the handpiece.
Based on the setting and the motion of the handpiece, precise laser power is metered and delivered. If handpiece motion ceases, the laser stops firing to prevent overexposure, but remains ready and resumes firing when the handpiece is set in motion again.
Smartsense Optimizes the laser by increasing:
- Control and precision
- Safety
- Consistent outcomes
Smartsense Advantages
“Smartsense ensures that the patients are getting the precise level of energy that’s required based on how I personally perform the procedure and not on a predetermined setting on a machine.”
Settings For Targeting Specific Areas
Three separate control option settings are provided for appropriate use, based on the clinical indication and area of treatment
More Control For More Peace of Mind
If handpiece motion ceases, the laser stops firing within 0.2 seconds for added safety but remains ready and resumes firing when the handpiece is set in motion again.
A Smart Addition to Enhance Your Practice
Using Smartsense will enhance the laser experience the patients.
How it works
The SmartSense delivery system contains an advanced microchip called an Accelerometer, which is inserted into the intelligent handpiece.
Based on the setting of the surgeon (high, medium, or low) and the motion of the intelligent handpiece, the precise laser power is metered and delivered.
The Smartlipo MPX is also equipt with a unique safety feature, the ThermaGuide, which monitors and controls the temperature of the liquefied fat and skin in the treated areas.
