Long-Lasting Results: Provides results that last 2 to 5 years, significantly longer than many traditional fillers.

None Invasive: Offers a discreet alternative to surgery, ideal for patients seeking a gradual enhancement without downtime.

Scar Treatment: Suitable for improving the appearance of scars, supporting smoother skin.

How Julaine Stands Out:

Collagen Replenishment: Unlike traditional fillers that focus on directly adding volume, Julaine stimulates the skin’s natural processes to enhance and maintain youthful fullness over time.

Natural Results: The gradual nature of the treatment ensures subtle enhancements that align with the patient’s natural facial expressions and contours.

Extended Effectiveness: The collagen stimulation process continues to improve the skin over months, delivering consistent and enduring outcomes.

Key Features about Julaine

Collagen Stimulation:

Encourages the body’s natural collagen regeneration for gradual and lasting improvements.

Replaces lost structural proteins in the deep dermis, enhancing skin thickness and elasticity.

Durable Results:

Subtle, natural-looking improvements lasting 2 to 5 years, depending on individual factors.

Ideal for deep tissue filling and application at the dermal-subcutaneous junction.

Non-Invasive Yet Effective:

A non-surgical option for facial and body rejuvenation.

Gradual enhancement minimizes noticeable “overfilled” effects, aligning with natural facial dynamics.

Versatility:

Effective for a broad spectrum of conditions, from wrinkles and volume loss to scars and asymmetry.

Extends beyond facial treatments to address body concerns, such as aging hands and cellulite.

Safety and Precision:

Designed for injection into the deep dermis or dermal-subcutaneous junction; not intended for intradermal use.

Requires expertise in injection techniques for optimal results.

Clinical Evidence:

A clinical study titled “JULÄINE – Injectable Poly-L-Lactic Acid” highlights its efficacy in increasing skin thickness for up to two years when treating conditions like facial lipoatrophy. Unlike static fillers, JULÄINE stimulates the body to produce fibrous tissue and collagen, reinforcing the skin’s structural integrity over time.

Julaine treatment is particularly effective for deep tissue filling or for application at the dermal-subcutaneous junction, helping to smooth lines and wrinkles, restore facial volume, and contour the face naturally. Importantly, JULĂ„INE is not intended for intradermal injection.

Unlike traditional static dermal fillers, such as hyaluronic acid and collagen, JULĂ„INE is a stimulatory product that promotes the growth of fibrous tissue and collagen within the body, leading to gradual volume restoration.

What sets JULĂ„INE apart from other dermal fillers is its collagen-stimulating properties. While fillers like hyaluronic acid simply replace lost volume, JULĂ„INE encourages the body to naturally regenerate collagen that has been lost due to aging or trauma.

Additionally, JULĂ„INE can treat cellulite and skin dimpling by correcting indentations on any part of the body through collagen regeneration.

As with any treatment, results can vary between patients, lasting from two to five years, depending on individual factors.

JULĂ„INE SUITABILITY

JULĂ„INE is a versatile injectable treatment suitable for both men and women across different age groups, addressing a variety of skin concerns by stimulating natural collagen production. Its ability to subtly enhance and restore youthful facial contours while treating scars, wrinkles, and lax skin makes it a valuable tool in aesthetic medicine.

How does JULĂ„INE Work

JULĂ„INE is a groundbreaking treatment option for those seeking a natural, gradual, and long-lasting solution to aging, volume loss, and scarring, making it a standout choice in modern aesthetic medicine.

As time passes, our skin loses its full, firm, youthful appearance. It becomes thinner, starts to wrinkle, and the fat tissue that helps fill out our faces diminishes, causing the skin to sag and wrinkle further. For some, this loss of fat tissue and reduction in skin volume can make their face appear thin, tired, and older than they actually are. JULĂ„INE is an advanced, biocompatible, resorbable injectable treatment designed to restore lost volume, reduce wrinkles, and rejuvenate facial contours by stimulating the body’s natural collagen production. With its unique composition of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), JULĂ„INE stands out for its ability to provide gradual, long-lasting, and natural-looking results.

Key Features of JULĂ„INE

  1. Collagen Stimulation:
    • Encourages neo-collagenesis, the process of new collagen formation.
    • Gradually restores skin thickness, firmness, and elasticity.
  2. Composition:
    • Made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a synthetic polymer similar to absorbable suture material.
    • Biocompatible and resorbable, ensuring safe and effective treatments.
  3. Gradual, Natural Results:
    • Results typically appear over 4–6 months, aligning with the body’s natural collagen production cycle.
    • Provides subtle, natural-looking enhancements without a “overfilled” appearance.
  4. Versatility:
    • Treats deep lines, wrinkles, folds, volume loss, and facial asymmetry.
    • Also effective for acne scars, trauma scars, and rejuvenating the dorsum of the hands.
  5. Long-Lasting Effects:
  6. Results can last 2–5 years with proper treatment and care.

Mr Ayham Al-Ayoubi personally conducts JULÄINE treatments at London Medical and Aesthetic Clinic. On average, 2–4 sessions are required over a 3–8 week period. The number of sessions and injections needed depends on the individual patient. While JULÄINE results usually become visible after 2–4 weeks, it is difficult to predict, as each patient is different.

Each patient is individually evaluated at the start of their treatment, and often more than one session is necessary. Patients with severe facial volume loss typically require 4–5 sessions.

JULÄINE also differs from surgical procedures in that it delivers gradual results, allowing for a more natural-looking outcome. Additionally, it offers a less invasive and less traumatic option for patients. A full face-lifting effect can be achieved after several sessions, lasting between 2–5 years.

Julaine Treatment Protocol

  • Number of Sessions:
Typically, 2–4 sessions are required, with severe volume loss cases needing up to 5 sessions.
  • Interval Between Sessions:
Treatments are spaced 2–3 weeks apart, though intervals can vary based on individual needs.
  • Duration of Each Session:
Sessions generally last 30 minutes and involve minimal discomfort.
  • Full Results Timeline:
    • Initial improvement can be seen in 2–4 weeks.
    • Final results are typically visible between 6–10 months post-treatment.
  • Maintenance:
Touch-up sessions may be required after 2–5 years, depending on the patient’s collagen production and lifestyle.

Patient Expectations Form Julaine Treatment

  1. Immediate Post-Treatment:
    • Patients may leave with temporary fullness due to the water in the suspension. This dissipates within 2–4 days.
    • Initial collagen growth starts becoming visible in 2–4 weeks.
  2. Gradual Results:
    • Results build over time, giving a more natural progression of improvement.
    • Younger patients (20s) may see results faster (3–4 months), while older patients may require longer.

JULĂ„INE provides a sophisticated solution for facial rejuvenation, combining long-term effectiveness with a natural, progressive aesthetic improvement. It is particularly well-suited for patients seeking a subtle, non-surgical approach to combating signs of aging or facial volume loss.

JULĂ„INE Safety

Polylactic acid (PLA), the main ingredient of Julaine, has a long and proven history of safe and effective use in human medicine. From absorbable sutures to resorbable screws, its biocompatibility and versatility have been well-established over the last 50 years. In aesthetic medicine, it is widely recognized for its ability to restore facial volume, reduce wrinkles, and improve overall skin texture by stimulating neo-collagenases.

The main component of polylactic acid is poly-L-lactic acid, which belongs to the hydroxyl-acid family and serves as a resorbable suture material. This product has been utilized clinically for more than five decades in various medical applications, including resorbable screws, absorbable sutures, dental implants, medical pins, and as vectors for sustained release of bioactive compounds.

Because polylactic acid is a natural, biocompatible product, it is safely tolerated by the human body, making it a suitable option for injection. The treatment effectively addresses long-term facial volume loss, providing natural-looking results.

Key Features of Julaine (Polylactic Acid) in Aesthetic Use

  1. Biocompatibility and Safety:
    • Polylactic acid is biodegradable and resorbable, ensuring it is naturally broken down and absorbed by the body over time.
    • Approved by both the MHRA (UK) and FDA (USA) for treating facial fat loss (lipoatrophy), lines, and wrinkles.
  2. Mechanism of Action:
    • When injected, PLLA particles stimulate a foreign-body reaction, prompting the production of collagen.
    • This leads to gradual skin thickening, improved elasticity, and restored volume over a period of weeks to months.
    • Collagen growth continues long after the product itself is reabsorbed.
  3. Applications Beyond Aesthetics:
    • Widely used in dental implants, medical pins, and as vectors for the sustained release of bioactive compounds.
    • Proven as a reliable material in various surgical and reconstructive applications.

    • Prevention: Vigorous post-treatment massage and proper injection techniques.
    • Management: Massaging the area can help minimize or dissolve these papules.

Advantages of Julaine (Polylactic Acid) Over Other Dermal Fillers

  1. Long-Lasting Results:
    • While hyaluronic acid fillers offer immediate but shorter-term results, PLLA provides gradual improvements that last several years.
  2. Stimulatory Mechanism:
    • Unlike static fillers, polylactic acid encourages the body to produce its own collagen, ensuring natural-looking and progressive enhancements.
  3. Minimal Downtime:
    • Patients can resume normal activities immediately after treatment.
  4. Broad Application:
    • Effective for both facial rejuvenation and volume restoration in cases of:
      • Lipoatrophy
      • Acne scars
      • Post-traumatic scars
    • Also used for enhancing hand rejuvenation and treating cellulite.

    • Patients are advised to massage the treated areas for 5 minutes, twice a day, for 5 days to ensure even distribution and prevent lump formation.
  2. Precautions:
    • Avoid non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) before treatment to reduce the risk of bruising.
  3. Patient Education:
    • Patients should understand the gradual nature of results, with the final outcome visible in 3–4 months.

Clinical Expertise and Safety

  • The success of polylactic acid treatments heavily depends on the skill of the cosmetic doctor.
  • Mr Ayham Al-Ayoubi, with extensive experience in administering polylactic acid, emphasizes proper injection techniques and patient education to minimize side effects and maximize results.
  • Thousands of procedures have been safely performed at London Medical and Aesthetic Clinic, further validating its safety and efficacy.

Polylactic acid represents a gold standard in non-invasive facial rejuvenation, offering natural-looking, long-lasting results that cater to the needs of diverse patient groups. Its proven history in both medical and aesthetic applications makes it a trusted choice for individuals seeking safe and effective anti-aging solutions.

Clinical studies initiated by safety investigators have shown that polylactic acid is well-tolerated by patients, with minimal adverse side effects reported.

When administered by a qualified and skilled plastic surgeon or cosmetic doctor, polylactic acid is incredibly safe. In recent years, techniques for administering polylactic acid have been refined to achieve optimal results while minimizing side effects.

Understanding the mechanism of action and appropriate injection sites is crucial. Neo-collagenesis is stimulated through the injection of polylactic acid into specific treatment areas. Poly-L-lactic acid is entirely biocompatible and belongs to a family of stimulatory components.

Immediate side effects may include injection-related events at the injection site, such as mild redness, slight tenderness or discomfort, bruising, and rarely swelling. These effects generally resolve within five to seven days.

A delayed appearance of small bumps under the skin in the treated area can occur, though this is rare. These bumps are usually not visible and may only be felt when pressing on the area. This side effect typically arises from superficial injections, but vigorous massage can often prevent it.

Patient Expectations of Julaine Treatment

It is crucial for patients to fully understand the mechanism of action, treatment process, and expected outcomes of JULĂ„INE before starting their journey. As a stimulatory product, JULĂ„INE works by encouraging the body to produce collagen gradually, leading to long-lasting, natural-looking results.

How JULĂ„INE Works

  1. Stimulatory Mechanism:
    • JULĂ„INE is composed of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), which triggers the body’s natural collagen production when injected.
    • Results develop gradually over 4–6 months as the collagen replenishes and restores volume.
  2. Gradual Enhancement:
    • The treatment is delivered in 2 to 4 sessions over a period of 2–3 months.
    • Full results appear over time, aligning with the body’s natural processes.
  3. Temporary Initial Volume:
    • The water suspension used to deliver JULĂ„INE creates an immediate, temporary volume increase.
    • This effect subsides within 2–4 days, after which collagen stimulation begins.

Treatment Timeline and Expectations

  1. Treatment Sessions:
    • 2–4 sessions, spaced 2–3 weeks apart, depending on individual needs.
    • Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes.
  2. Full Results:
    • Collagen stimulation begins within 2–4 weeks.
    • Maximum results are visible around 4–6 months post-treatment.
  3. Longevity:
    • Results typically last 2–5 years, with longevity influenced by factors such as lifestyle, smoking habits, and skin condition.
    • Touch-up procedures may be recommended for some individuals to maintain desired effects.

Additional Augmentation for Immediate Results

  • Patients seeking immediate improvement may opt for hyaluronic acid fillers alongside JULĂ„INE.
  • Hyaluronic acid provides instant volume while JULĂ„INE’s collagen stimulation takes effect.

Post-Treatment Care and Considerations

  1. Immediate Effects:
    • Temporary redness, swelling, and bruising at the injection site are common.
    • Bruising typically resolves within 2–4 days.
  2. Massage Instructions:
    • Post-treatment massage is critical to ensure even distribution and prevent bumps:
      • Massage the treated areas for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days.
  3. Avoidance of NSAIDs:
    • Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) should be avoided as they can increase bruising.
  4. Smoking and Lifestyle Impact:
    • Non-smokers tend to experience longer-lasting results due to better skin hydration and blood supply during the collagen stimulation process.
    • Staying hydrated and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can further optimize results.

Patient Comfort and Recovery

  1. Minimal Discomfort:
    • Most patients describe the procedure as uncomfortable but tolerable, thanks to the application of topical anaesthetic cream.
  2. No Downtime:
    • Patients can resume normal activities immediately following the treatment.
  3. Temporary Side Effects:
    • Mild redness, swelling, and tenderness are typical but resolve within a few days.

The Role of Patient Education

Understanding the gradual nature of JULĂ„INE results is essential to managing expectations. Patients must be patient with the process, knowing that the long-term benefits far outweigh the temporary nature of initial swelling and waiting for collagen stimulation.

Expert Care at London Medical and Aesthetic Clinic

  • Under the expert guidance of Mr Ayham Al-Ayoubi JULĂ„INE treatments are performed with precision and care, ensuring optimal results for every patient.
  • His extensive experience minimizes the risk of side effects while delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.

With proper understanding and care, JULÄINE offers a transformative, long-lasting solution for facial rejuvenation that aligns with the patient’s natural beauty.

Patients should also be aware that bruising may occur at the injection site. If this happens, bruising usually lasts for 2 to 4 days. It’s advisable for patients to avoid non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications during this period.

Once patients are satisfied with the achieved facial volumization, results can last up to 2 to 5 years, according to Mr Ayham Al-Ayoubi. To maintain the desired effect, touch-up procedures may be recommended for certain individuals. Non-smoking patients often experience longer-lasting results, as smoking can reduce blood supply to the skin and dehydrate it throughout the collagen stimulation process.

Minor redness and discomfort can be expected immediately after treatment, along with some swelling and bruising; however, these effects are temporary and generally resolve within a few days.

Most patients feel comfortable returning to their normal daily activities immediately following the JULĂ„INE treatment.

JULĂ„INE Vs Dermal Fillers

JULĂ„INE stands out as a collagen-stimulating injectable rather than a traditional filler, offering unique benefits in terms of longevity, natural appearance, and gradual improvement.

Key Differences

1. Mechanism of Action

  • JULĂ„INE:
    • Stimulates the body’s natural collagen production to restore volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance contours gradually.
    • The results develop over several months as the body responds to the product.
  • Traditional Fillers:
    • Use hyaluronic acid or other materials to fill spaces immediately, providing instant volume.
    • The effect is purely mechanical and does not stimulate collagen or improve the skin’s long-term condition.

2. Longevity of Results

  • JULĂ„INE:
    • Results typically last 2–3 years due to the collagen growth it triggers.
    • Requires fewer touch-ups, making it a more cost-effective and low-maintenance option.
  • Traditional Fillers:
    • Effects last 6–12 months, requiring frequent treatments to maintain results.
    • Shorter duration increases the overall cost and maintenance over time.

3. Results Timeline

  • JULĂ„INE:
    • Gradual improvement as collagen production ramps up.
    • Final results become apparent over 4–6 months, allowing for subtle, natural-looking changes.
  • Traditional Fillers:
    • Instant, visible results immediately after treatment.
    • May sometimes appear overfilled or less natural if not perfectly tailored.

4. Natural Look and Feel

  • JULĂ„INE:
    • By replenishing collagen, JULĂ„INE creates a smooth, plump, and natural texture.
    • Enhancements blend seamlessly with the patient’s facial contours.
  • Traditional Fillers:
    • Provide immediate volume but may sometimes feel firmer or less natural.

JULĂ„INE offers a modern, innovative alternative to traditional dermal fillers by focusing on collagen replenishment rather than instant volume replacement. Its ability to create natural, long-lasting results makes it ideal for patients seeking a subtle yet transformative approach to facial rejuvenation.

JULĂ„INE does not simply fill the space to create immediate results like traditional fillers; instead, it stimulates collagen production and encourages the growth of fibrous tissue, gradually restoring volume. While traditional dermal fillers typically require revision every 6 months, JULĂ„INE works over a longer period of time, making it more cost-effective and easier to maintain for patients.

  • Patients seeking a natural and gradual transformation rather than immediate but short-term changes.
  • Individuals looking for a low-maintenance alternative to frequent filler top-ups.
  • Those who prioritize a natural feel and appearance, as well as improved skin quality over time.

What is JULĂ„INE Treatment?

JULĂ„IN is a CE-marked, L-form polylactic acid injectable biostimulator, intended for use in adult, immune-competent individuals to compensate for skin depression: specifically, restoring lost volume to the folds and contours of the nasolabial fold.

JULÄINE contains microspheres of crystalline poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) – a biocompatible, biodegradable, synthetic polymer from the alpha-hydroxy-acid family. Uniquely, JULÄINE microspheres have a highly uniform particle size and degrade slowly, which makes JULÄINE a particularly suitable implant for restoring volume to areas of depressed skin.

Why Choose JULĂ„INE?

  1. Preventative Care in Youth: Keeps skin healthy and youthful by maintaining collagen reserves.
  2. Corrective Benefits for Aging Skin: Treats established wrinkles, volume loss, and asymmetry with natural-looking results.
  3. Non-Surgical Solution: Offers a minimally invasive alternative to aggressive procedures, such as facelifts, with no recovery time.
  4. Tailored to Individual Needs: Versatile enough to address concerns from acne scars in the 20s to full facial rejuvenation in the 50s and beyond.

JULĂ„INE is a powerful treatment option for those seeking long-lasting, gradual improvements that look natural and enhance confidence at any stage of life.

JULĂ„INE is a treatment option for men and women of various ages who wish to enhance the appearance of sunken cheeks, deep wrinkles, folds around the mouth and nose, facial asymmetry, scars, deep acne scars, and loose skin.

How does JULĂ„INE work?

JULÄINE works by stimulating patients’ own collagen and it helps to improve shallow to deep facial wrinkles and folds, resulting in a younger looking skin in a natural way.

Is JULĂ„INE a dermal Filler?

No, the JULĂ„INE is the ultimate stimulator of collagen, which works directly within the skin itself. It is made from Poly-L-lactic acid, which is a natural product produced in the muscles.

What is the Aftercare for JULĂ„INE?

Patients should apply a facial moisturizing cream to the treatment area and gently massage it in circular motions for 2 minutes every 8 hours for the next 72 hours. This massage technique will help reduce initial swelling and minimize the risk of nodule formation by promoting better distribution and integration of the product.

For the following 10 days, it is recommended to avoid saunas, steam rooms, and swimming pools. Refrain from any physical exercise for 24 hours after the treatment, and avoid wearing makeup for 12 hours post-procedure. Additionally, after the injections, it’s important to protect the area from sunlight and UV exposure until the swelling and redness have fully subsided. Extreme temperatures, both hot and cold, should also be avoided.

When can I expect to see results after JULĂ„INE?

After your first JULĂ„INE treatment, you may notice swelling in the injected area within a few hours. This swelling usually lasts up to 72 hours and can be minimized by gently massaging the area for 2 minutes every 8 hours. In the days following the treatment, you should see improvements in your skin’s quality, color, and radiance, with the volumizing effects gradually becoming more apparent. The desired outcome will be influenced by your initial assessment and the customized treatment plan tailored for you.

How long does JULĂ„INE last?

The results of JULĂ„INE treatment typically last between 2 to 5 years. Patients who undergo 2 to 4 sessions, with 3 to 4-week intervals between treatments, may begin to notice a breakdown of the effects around 9 to 12 months after completing their sessions. Clinical studies consistently show that the benefits of JULĂ„INE treatment can persist for up to 5 years.

Can JULĂ„INE lift the face?

JULĂ„INE is a natural product, which can deliver a full face-lifting effect without the need for surgery as it adds volume to specific areas of the face where patients lost a significant amount of collagen, fat and soft-tissue.

As JULĂ„INE is a natural bio-stimulator, it improves the texture and restores a youthful glow to the skin.

What are the contraindications for JULĂ„INE?

JULÄINE™ is not recommended for patients with any of the following conditions:

  • Acute or chronic skin disease (infection or inflammation)
  • History of allergies to any of the constituents of the product
  • Are under 18 years of age, pregnant, or breastfeeding
  • Haemorrhagic disease or under anticoagulant therapy
  • Have a known history of or susceptibility to keloid formation or hypertrophic scarring
  • Immune deficiencies.

What are the possible side effects of JULĂ„INE?

After receiving polylactic acid injections, patients may experience side effects at the injection site, such as redness, temporary pain, and minor bleeding, which typically subside within a few days. Immediately following the procedure, common side effects can include redness, swelling, and bruising. To help reduce post-treatment Q. swelling, it’s recommended to gently massage the area in circular motions with a facial moisturizer for 2 minutes every 8 hours during the first 72 hours.

Comparative Advantages Over Traditional Dermal Fillers

Collagen-Stimulating Mechanism: Promotes natural tissue regeneration rather than merely replacing lost volume.

Gradual, Natural Results: Allows for a subtle transformation, unlike the immediate but potentially artificial look of some traditional fillers.

Extended Longevity: Results last significantly longer compared to hyaluronic acid and collagen-based fillers.

Broader Applications: Addresses a wider range of aesthetic concerns, including cellulite and scar correction.

JULÄINE works within the deep dermis, reinforcing the skin’s structure as it helps to replace lost collagen. This reinforced structure provides a foundation that gradually restores fullness to shallow and deep facial wrinkles and folds that may have diminished over time.

The results from JULĂ„INE are distinct because the treatment subtly corrects facial wrinkles, yielding a refined, youthful appearance that can last from two to five years. JULĂ„INE can also address scars, facial asymmetry, and aging hands. However, it requires a comprehensive understanding of its mechanisms, proper application sites, and injection techniques.

Why Choose JULĂ„INE Over Dermal Fillers?

  • Tailored Treatment:
Each patient undergoes a personalized evaluation to determine the number of sessions and treatment areas.
  • Effective for Weight Loss-Related Facial Changes:
JULĂ„INE restores volume lost due to significant weight loss, addressing tired and gaunt appearances.
  • Long-Term Confidence:
Patients enjoy youthful, refreshed looks that last years without the need for frequent touch-ups.

Is Julaine Treatment Painful?

Poly-L-lactic acid micro-particles form the key component of JULĂ„INE. This natural product is mixed with 5 ml of 1% sterile water 24 hours prior to treatment. No skin testing is required beforehand, as the product is biocompatible.

The procedure itself takes around 30 minutes to perform. Patients tend to describe the process as “uncomfortable” rather than painful; however, a topical anaesthetic cream is used to minimize any discomfort. JULÄINE is injected into the adipose tissue of the face and into the skin’s dermis.

Following a patient’s first treatment, results appear immediately. Patients often experience minor oedema at the injection site, but this is temporary. The JULÄINE procedure stimulates a foreign-body reaction that triggers the production of collagen. This process is characterized by an increased number of mast cells, macrophages, and lymphocytes.

How JULĂ„INE Differs from Traditional Dermal Fillers?

  1. Long-Term Results:
  1. Collagen-stimulating properties lead to results that endure 2–3 years, significantly longer than traditional fillers.
  2. Cost-Effectiveness:
    • Fewer treatments required over time make JULĂ„INE a better investment for patients seeking sustained results.
  3. Natural, Subtle Transformation:
    • The gradual stimulation of collagen ensures that changes align with the patient’s natural facial structure.
  4. Comprehensive Skin Improvement:
    • Beyond volume restoration, JULĂ„INE enhances skin elasticity and firmness by rebuilding the skin’s structural foundation.

Why Choose JULĂ„INE?

  1. Long-Lasting Results:
    • Results last up to 2–5 years, making it a cost-effective solution compared to shorter-term fillers.
  2. Natural-Looking Enhancement:
    • The gradual collagen-building process ensures subtle, natural-looking results.
  3. Non-Invasive:
    • Requires no downtime and is a safer alternative to surgical procedures.
  4. Tailored Treatment:
    • Sessions and injection sites are customized to the patient’s unique facial structure and goals.

Is JULĂ„INE safe to use on an organ transplant person?

JULĂ„INE can be used in immunosuppressed patients, providing that the doctor is very experienced with Polylactic acid treatment and should speak to the transplant surgeon before conducting the course of JULĂ„INE treatment.

Mr Ayoubi has been using Polylactic acid at his clinic in London for more than 20 years and has treated a few patients who are on immune suppression medication without any serious side effects. However, the results did not last as long as they did in patients who are not on such medication.

Can I do both JULĂ„INE & IPL treatment on the same day?

It is better not to have the JULĂ„INE treatment and the IPL on the same day, as the patient needs to massage the face / treated area for 5 minutes twice a day for 5 days after the JULĂ„INE treatment and that will be difficult after an IPL and that should be taken into consideration.  Therefore, it is advisable to have one week cap between the JULĂ„INE first and IPL or laser treatment.

Can I have RF Microneedling done after JULĂ„INE?

Patient can have RF micro-needling safely done a few weeks after JULĂ„INE  treatment and there should be no concerns, as the RF micro needling should not have a negative impact on the JULĂ„INE results and it could be even helpful to stimulate collagen superficially of the skin, while the Sculptra will continue working deep in the dermis.
